A Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit filed Goodwill Industries of Southwest Oklahoma and North Texas, Inc. (“Defendant” or “Goodwill”) regarding a cybersecurity incident that Defendant discovered on or around February 1, 2024 (the “Data Incident”).

You are a Settlement Class member if you are a resident of the United States whose Personal Information was impacted in the Data Incident discovered by Goodwill in February 2024, including all those individuals who received notice of the Data Incident.

What Are My Options?

Submit a Claim Form

You must submit a valid Claim to receive benefits from this Settlement.

Exclude Yourself

— Deadline: February 20, 2026

This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to sue about the claims in this Lawsuit. You will not get any monetary benefit or credit monitoring from the Settlement.

Object

— Deadline: February 20, 2026

Stay in the Settlement but tell the Court why you think the Settlement should not be approved.

Do Nothing

If you do nothing, you remain in the Settlement. You give up your rights to sue and you will not get any money.
